Status: offline 		Reporting from Washington -- A senior U.S. lawmaker said Thursday that unmanned CIA Predator aircraft operating in Pakistan are flown from an air base in that country, a revelation likely to embarrass the Pakistani government and complicate its counter-terrorism collaboration with the United States.

Yeah, she's revealed top-secret intelligence.

At least during bush/neo-con criticism, there was a real discussion and debate of real issues and real events.


All we`re get`n from the cons is cotton candy,like this stale,year old batch of nothing.


This is getting boring.Tho,seeing folks vomit and then having it land on their own laps is pretty funny.

      A U.S. Senator just opened up an old wound in a part of the world where President Barack Obama has his work cut out for him already.  Weren't you one of those supporting his candidacy?  Do you now want him to fail?

You and the other cons were dissing a US Senator for giving out sensitive intel.

But then we find out the info is a year old and not from her.Opps...

You guys look/sound embarrassed for the mistake.

In other words,the jokes on you.Hence,the vomit is all over your shirt,figuratively.

I feel like the guy who has to explain jokes to people who don`t get them.

This one time is ok,but much more will be annoying to me.

A spokesman from the good Senators office said that she was quoting form "newspaper" reports.  However, this was not a "newspaper reporter"..this was a Senior Senator and Chairperson of the Intelligence Commitee who has now outed a sensitive operation, embarassed the Pakistani government which is shaky at best, and probably will cost people their lives if the predator can't operate from near the capital.

She should be removed and there should be a hearing about her leaking this sensitve information.  The interesting thing here is that this was a program initiated under George Bush.  I think we will see this new President keeping many of the dumb old guy from Texas who makes funny faces..but seems to know what he was doing and protected the country.

No I don't get it TH.

Suppose you enlighten me on how her saying what has been common knowledge for almost a year is suddenly "news" and re-opening an old wound?

Is it that we were pretending, along with the Pakistan government, that it wasn't really true and we should have just ignored the news reports and branded them as false so we wouldn't offend the Pakistanis that oppose their own government?

How, for God's sake, do you have a "sensitive operation" when that operation has been well-publicized in the media for months?

How, for God's sake, can you OUT information that any Pakistani with a computer who knows how to say Google can pull up in a heartbeat?
