How about... Pat Benatar - Get Nervous (Pat Benatar in a straitjacket) Hugo Montenegro - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (60s model-girl in spy-spoof scene with manacles over an overhead pipe Iron Maiden - Piece of Mind (Eddie (band's mascot) wearing a straitjacket and chained in a padded cell And the astonishingly aptly-named Music For A Sadomasochistic Scene by master/slaverelationship. (I don't own this album, but the www.masterslaverelationship.com site lists the various musical projects by this group/artist. I have no idea what the music is like, but some of the song titles are astonishing!)
