No galpal at the moment, so I went to the track (horse races).  I broke even (including beer and food purchases), so it wasn't a bad day.

I beat the shit out of that fuckin little cherub cupid,

stole his arrows and shot my neighbor in the head,

giving me ample opportunity to steal her chocolates.

No one did anything for me. Why should they?

On the other hand; I took the teenager out for dinner and a movie that she wanted to see.

Why shouldn't they?  I sent my Mama a nice care package for Valentine's.  Every mother could use something nice if only a heartfelt card.

Master sent me a beautiful flower arrangement at work yesterday.  Out of many women there, I was the only one who got any.  It made me feel happy and special and it really surprised me because He had already bought me several things a few days earlier.  He picked me up after work and we went to our favorite Chinese place and then, when I came home, on the bed there was a chocolate rose and 3 - count 'em - three different cards (one musical and two "sappy" ones).  He totally surprised me with everything.

As always when He does such wonderful things, I feel a bit awkward because I want to be the one spoiling Him.  He does it because He WANTS to and I accept it gracefully.  He told me again how grateful He is that our lives came together as they have and how blessed He feels.  I feel exactly the same and am so thankful for Him.

I gave Him a mushy card and He'll be getting His gift a short bit later.....a new Blackberry, I think, unless He's changed His mind yet again and picks a different one.

It was another great Valentines Day with the Man of my dreams..................luci

Nothing, but be together.   Every day is "Valentine's Day" for us.  We don't take just one day to be romantic...we pick every day.

It was my youngests 18th and my hubbys 63rd birthday, today is my stepdaughters 43rd (altho I havent seen her in ages) so it wasnt a case of having anything done for me,
I hate this time of year, ten birthdays in six weeks, and all intimately close people.
They all seem to have enjoyed themselves tho
Mumbling bloody valentines day
Lucy

LOL this may sound...odd...but really...umm...if I was to get a card from one of the youngins...I would have to wonder if the world was ending...seriously lol. It's just not something that they would do, ever.

On the other hand though...for us, it has always been the kind of family that believes that every day is special and that no one day should ever stand out more than another...even birthdays are treated in this way.

We do not celebrate holidays, birthdays, mother's day is just a number on the calendar....

but, this is us...and not everyone looks at things in this way...I would rather have every day be valentines, birthday, or mothers day...than just one day a year

Basically the same as any other day spent at home. Cleaning, laundry, watching tv, a hike, some snow shoveling, cussed generic dude HUGELY for trying to asphyxiate us, cooked some yummy seafood, took a nap, worked out, trimmed my hair, stuff like that.

I don't DO the whole Hallmark holiday thing.

Ohwow I had the most spectacular Valentines Day of my life! It was positively the happiest one, without a doubt.

Almost the entire weekend was spent naked, with me in various restraints.

He took me out for the evening *eeep, he sure does love remote control toysssss* despite the 90 minute wait to be seated simply because he knew I really wanted to go there. Then it was back home and more nakedness yay.

Liquid latex, hot wax. Melted chocolate. Scented oils. Cameras recording. Scene music playing. Air conditioning.... on!!
We made bread pudding and he organized all of my bills and financial crap for me. He took my truck and filled the tank, got it washed and hauled all the stuff from the back up to my apartment.

Best of all he got up in the middle of the night to feed my ancient and possibly/probable senile BarneyCat.

There was so much kissing (contrary to the rumor that kissing is fading from society lol) that my jaw is still swollen today.
I'm bowlegged, exhausted. And happy beyond belief that he was able to be here all weekend with me.

Um yup. I had a really wonderful weekend.

Okay, now that is just cool. Even to a cold hearted, anti-Valentines, cranky bitch, like me.

I was at my house, He was at his.  We talked.  Didnt really wish each other a happy Valentines Day.  Meh.  Just another day.  I have Valentines Day anytime I wake up with him next to me, and see him peeking out at me from under all that sexy hair...

Ok...

I got up, and went to my local Mens Wearhouse to have my suit pressed, and ended getting a new shirt, tie and pocket square.  And from there I went to the mall, shopped all day in all the jewelry stores until I found the perfect matching earrings and necklace.  I also found a candy store that also sold stuff-them yourself stuffed toys where I got her a stuffed cat, and purple, pink and white M&M's.  I then dropped by the florist and got three roses (for the 3 months we've been together)

Got home and went on a huge cleaning spree, mounted the bondage top on my coffee table with cover, pillows, towels and massage oil, set up candles all over the place.  Showered, shaved and got dressed finding that my suit that I had altered June was massively huge on me.

Picked her up and presented the roses and M&M's at the door.  She gave me a choclate assortment, a card and a little stuffed devil.

I then had her close her eyes to preventing mussing up her hair, we drove around for 15 minuites to jet her nice and lost, and took her to a nice upscale establishment across the parking lot from my place where I gave her the cat and the wrapped jewelery boxes.

After that sumptuious meal, I blindfolded her, took her to my place where I lit the 30 or so candles I scattered around and gave her a full body massage.

I chained her down afterwards where I flogged, cropped, drip waxed and ice cubed her, and the rest...that'a between her and I and the next morning where we lay in bed stark nekkid.

edited for grammar.
