AngelicaGoddess -> Different names and the same poster? (2/15/2009 1:31:17 PM)

I had to block a couple of people because they were simply rude and impolite in their mails, they then come back with different names (like adding a 1 behind their screen name and claiming to start all over again) and keep on being rude, obviously I block them again but it seems to be a bit of a nuisance.

If it would be just one guy, fine, but what's it with men who simply don't understand that I don't feel submissive? Is it very common? I would never feel the need to mail a male dom that he has to be submissive because he has the xy gene.

Some male Dominants seem to think that We Dominas just need a good screw and a tough man to get our heads back on straight--heh heh.[8D]

ROFL.  You rock.

Yeah, it's pretty common.  I suggest you block, block, block, and never respond.  They'll get bored.  If you respond, they'll try to pry another response from you.

Shall I just offer them a taste of my strapon?

in some cases, I'm sure thats what theyre after ;)

homedespot -> RE: Different names and the same poster? (2/15/2009 1:44:33 PM)

If they are particularly obnoxious I will block them and then have My slave respond to them. That has happened two or three times with actual threats...and yes I reported those to CM as well. Interestingly they have asked him to apologize to Me I think they don't realize that you are real...and when someone else gets involved suddenly they "ping" to it.

SmokingGoddess -> RE: Different names and the same poster? (2/15/2009 6:04:15 PM)

AngelicaGoddess, Tell them that you know what they're doing (hiding behind various profile names) and you find it to be pathetic. I had one long term cyber stalker that I finally broke down and said "you're not a Dom, you're a bully. What are you compensating for? When you were a child, did the girls not pay attention to you?" and then blocked them again.

Sorry for the morons sweetie, it's not about you... it's about them.

littlesarbonn -> RE: Different names and the same poster? (2/15/2009 6:13:10 PM)

They want a response, any response, and you're pretty much giving them what they want and desire.

There's a male dom who is VERY well known to the community because of the many books he has written who has a horrible habit of approaching professional dominants and telling them that they would never truly be great dominants UNTIL they submit to him first. He says this with a straight face. My Mistress at the time came to me right after he approached her at a party and was flabbergasted that someone like this, with that reputation, could be so insulting and stupid. Most women laugh in his face, but he keeps it up and to this day STILL continues that line.

So, yeah, there're out there, and they don't care what you say or how many times you say it. And they're not all wannabe trolls either. Some of them get more respect than 99% of the members of this board because their reputation makes people think such behavior would never belong to them.

chainedgirl -> RE: Different names and the same poster? (2/15/2009 9:23:26 PM)

Its something about being male I think. I've heard of it happening to Dommes.  Female submissives get the same thing only its 'if you're a real submissive you'll reply'.  It just gets boring and tedious after a while.  It got to the point of having a profile somewhere with nothing on it and having a guy message me saying he liked my profile and thought we were a good match. hello?!  Just a bunch of wannabes running around.  I'm so glad they're so obvious.  Easier to avoid.

The world has a lot of really stupid people out there who lack respect or decency.  Don't mix in, don't play, just block them.

I've been on Collarme about 2 days, I just received my first aggressive mail, so I came to the message board to find if anyone has similar experiences or advice....SURPRISE!  this is the first post I read.  So now I feel fully equipped to read and reject at my leisure.  It's just a shame we have to waist any energy at all on these screw-ups.

chainedgirl -> RE: Different names and the same poster? (2/16/2009 12:44:49 AM)

I know someone who has about 3 profiles up and is as much a dom as my big toe!  He likes to contact women and use them online for his fantasy wank material.  He's even promised women overseas he will bring them to Australia.  And no, he's not my dom nor ever had been.

pdv99 -> RE: Different names and the same poster? (2/16/2009 1:38:01 AM)

The world is has too many ignorant idiots. Try to remain serene. Don't reward them with ANY response, because it will only encourage them. The good news is there are a lot of friendly intelligent people around here too.

What? Men being complete and utter morons because they're desperate to get laid?

Yeah. Very common. These idiots are only capable of hearing one answer - "Yes, take me!" Any other answer - and I mean any other answer - just goes sailing right past them into the ether. You might as well be speaking Chinese, because they can't hear it.

antipode -> RE: Different names and the same poster? (2/16/2009 2:08:34 AM)

There are quite a few people who lead entire virtual lives on the Internet, to the exclusion of almost everything else. Women do it as much as men. It becomes their sole focus, and their behaviour, because of anonymity, goes way beyond what would be acceptable in "daylight society". Some end up cyberstalkers, some even evolve into R/L stalkers. Nothing you can do, unless you want to give them a bad hair day - pretend you are interested, move to real mail, then complain to their ISP and send an abuse report to their mail provider. That usually gets them shut down in a jiffy.

BOUNTYHUNTER -> RE: Different names and the same poster? (2/16/2009 2:18:22 AM)

After numerous time of threating this one particular Dom for mailing Diane just outrages cm's, we happen to run into him at a munch in Charleston,I guess he didn't know just how big I was for he soon left after a short length of time,I wonder if patting my Buck knife and grabbing my nuts had any thing to do with his sudden exit .bounty

Me2009 -> RE: Different names and the same poster? (2/16/2009 2:29:16 AM)

We are not in the real world, but in an imaginary electronic fantasyland. That makes it difficult for people who are looking for real contacts. I think that there is alot of make believe on sites like this, men and women fullfilling their fantasis of being dominant or young and beautifull.
I wander what would happen if you asked for a real life meet? Proberly they would wet themselves, because in most cases it is some teenager wanking in his bedroom or a middleaged guy who still lives at home with his mother.

stella41b -> RE: Different names and the same poster? (2/16/2009 4:01:42 AM)

It's worth bearing in mind that it's the idiots which keep this site going, and most likely keep this site free.
