Status: offline 		I'm not sure how you would think she was a subbie just by the way she dresses. Her style of dress is Goth, and it could even be considered Rockabilly in some areas. I haven't seen the show since the first or second season, so if she's had a wardrobe change, I am not aware of it.

Status: offline 		I love the episodes where shes in a collar, I got the subbie vibe however when in season one or two shes called from a  fetish party and makes a witty line about having to bring her shackles back and hangs them on the coat rack effectivly freaking out kate.

Status: offline 		Since sub does not mean doormat..and Abby has gone through some very harsh breakups (remember the short guy into plants? I can't remember his name)with MAJOR self doubt and recriminations about not being good enough..I would say Sub with a "Daddy" orientation. She responds to strong men like Jethro and bends over backwards to please, tease and anticipate their needs. That doesn't mean she can't kick ass and take names, which she most definitely can.

Status: offline 		Then there was the one time that Gibbs asked her to contact a boyfriend for some computer work. She corrected Gibbs -"He's a boytoy, not a boyfriend"  The boytoy was VERY subbie boy with her.

I remember one episode where she told the team she was going to a party later, and if they needed her to just call... "but don't pay any attention to any slapping or groaning sounds you might hear in the background..."

It was suggested, in an interview with the producer, that they were considering spinning Abby off into her own series... (Man, would THAT suck money out of my pocket for the box set of DVD's, or what?!)

(Naval Criminal Investigation Services) The Character of Abby is played by a stunning woman named Pauly Paulette, who is like a Betty Page clone run through a heavy "goth" filter... As you've probably gathered from the thread, her character is a very non-conformist, highly intelligent forensics expert... who is also rather kinky in her personal life.

Status: offline 		Grins...while I am not submissive by any means, but instead a slave I am also sadomasochistic, and Dominant and I know others who ARE submissive and still very interesting sadists in their own rights. People are complicated creatures and few are all one thing or another. As for the party, whatever orientation she has would have little bearing on the sounds emanating from the party..depending on the mix of people playing at it.

2...boytoys can belong to subs or slaves..that whole hierarchy thing can apply. Now an Abby show could be very interested if they keep the character in the same vein. Anyone remember her appearance on  Special Unit 2 as the crime scene investigator?

It's just the collars she wears and all the leather.  She also references BDSM frequently. (at least the episodes I have watched)
