Hang around for awhile, make use of the search feature to dig up past discussions and ask more specific questions. There are tons of people here who are willing to help you learn but, sadly, none of us can read your mind.

If you're asking how to find a domme, then read the Ask a Mistress board.
To learn in general, just read all the boards, use the search function to find more info on things that are mentioned that you don't understand.

To meet people in real life, go to munches. Go to public dungeons. Get to know people, make friends, get a reputation as a good guy. Google the town and state you live in + BDSM and see what links turn up. Sometimes you may need to look for a nearby town that is bigger.
