In this time of economic crisis, we all need to understand the relevant financial terms:

Stimulus Program: This is when you give a hooker $100 and she is stimulated to stimulate you in return.

Spending Bill: This is when your wife takes your Visa card, buys a new purse worth several hundred dollars, and you don't even get a blow job out of the deal.

(of course a good sub would never take your Visa card).
