Ty,i am really new in this and lot of terms are not familiar with me so sorry if i make a mistake sometimes.I know who i am,but i am not so good in showing it so there is lot of space for improvement.So any advice and suggestion is welcome.To resume,i know that i am straight and that i am dominant,and i know that i want serious monogamy relationship with sub/slave women.

You should check out the Ask a Dom/me section in the forums (I sneak peeks rofl) they have great advice.
