OMG that would terrify me, but I am a pansy and know how crappy my BP cuff is. Eeeep. What if the knob got stuck and the velcro was all twicted in your hair or something.

Do you mean the BP cuff or trolling?

The cuff thing, yes, i could see people getting off on using it in genital compression play, or even as part of breath play, although personally even the electronic sphygmomometers wouldn't deflate fast enough for me to feel safe.

Trolling, on the other hand, has been a kink for as long as there has been an internet!
