Hey Cat, your plan sounds great. Good luck! Personally, I like xenedrine. I know, it can make you jittery and wound up, but I too need that first kick start. I take it for a few weeks, on a really restricted but very healthy diet, loaded with tons of fresh veggies, fruit, h20 and lean protien, and it works for me. By the way, a really good snack I love when I am in starvation mode is to take some grapes and raspberries, lightly roll/toss them in a little splenda or your favorite sugar substitute, and pop them in the freezer for a bit til they are hard but not frozen. Yum, and it cuts any sweet craving I have.
