The most I've ever had to do to correct my slave for disobedience, is to have him write a few paragraphs a few times, about his transgression and how/why it came about, why it was wrong of him and what he will do to avoid repeating it in the future.
He does not deliberately disobey me, since he knows that a pattern of willfull disobedience over time is cause for release. I chose my boy carefully, because I need a very obedient, shamelessly submissive slave. So, he's a good boy for me, and I am pleased with him.
We do not have a punishment dynamic. Funishment, yes of course but that is an entirely different subject. Funishment is lovely, when drawn out... Prolonged for both our enjoyment... MMmmm...
But I digress... In answer to your question: No, I just announce immediately that he is to write me a paragraph or two, and give him a time frame. As I said, its only happened a few times. So I guess I'm not the best person to answer your question. Oh well, too late...
