The only way I'd use the word dominant to describe this guy is that he is dominantly psychopathic, with a side of pervie creepiness, and WTF sprinkles. He should be reported and blocked. A quality a Dom should have, IMO, is self-control, and he is clearly lacking. So, just take care of it, move on, and look for someone nice if that's what you want.

sounds like he is trying to make a point (in an idiotic way) that if you are with him, he will have complete and total control over you and your actions...your very life. 
 
he sounds like an idiot though to even mention your child. i would say he crossed a line there and i wouldn't hesitate to block him.

I've have talked with some truly unique people.  Hmmm, actually I may have talked with the one who wants to lock the submissive in the basement on the ask the sub board.  Anyway, the stranger a person is, the more interested I become in a clinical type of way.  Sometimes I want to see just how strange they will get and sometimes I want to know where that strangeness comes from.

I can understand that, the online version of 'people watching', but that's vastly different than proceeding with a 'human train wreck' due to a lack of common sense and impairment of cognitive awareness.

Edited to add: Some people just aren't aware of their own impairments when their fascination for something they perceive to be dangerous becomes their sole focus - like a moth to the flame. I am fully aware of my pathology as a sexual sadist, I have a friend that's a psychologist who finds me 'fascinating' and that makes his dick twitch to the point he'd love to meet me in an S & M context. That will never happen. Why? I am a very controlled person in my every day life, I avoid situations/people that I know will stimulate me to a point I would have difficulty with that self-control. By meeting me, he'd not be able to resist trying to push my buttons. Stupidity on a grand scale would be me allowing him to.

I think the guy sounds "dreamy"....Well actually the Dom in question is me.

Look, she will drive up to Chicago to meet me.  She will be promptly tied to my bed and  beaten.  She will have sex with her son....But I made it clear it would be anal.
