Yes Yes it's free but come on...Do they really have to but a picture right in the middle.. the end or top bottom screen plainly delineated would be fine.

I've not seen that on any other site...but I don't go to alot either.

In the very first group home I was in, if you smoked, some of the girls would roll loose tabaco dug out of used cigarettes, in the ciggie bin, in the silky blank papers in the front and backs of bibbles.

That is what KEEPS this place Free.

This is a KINK POSITIVE Place and in so it has the ability to justify such pictures.

My Only Complaint was the first time I noticed it I thought it was a Picture of the person that I was contacting. I thought to myself.... When did they add another photo area and why does this not look like the person I was contacting then I noticed that they change.

Basically if you don't like it go to a pay site but guess what they are there too.

I use Firefox with the adblock ad-in. I don't have to see any of the ads.

Some of the ads violate the same restrictions they place on our profiles. Kinda funny.

They could show a beheading, and I doubt I'd notice. I'm on the internet way to much, and think I have developed fully automated brain based ad blocking routine. So, anyway, I'd have to go look for this "offensive" ad.

Besides that I find most television commercials to be more offensive than any porno advertisement, I'd don't watch television much. I actually have cable and didn't even realize it, that tells you how little I watch it, I called charter and they said I had basic in my package, and it wouldn't save me anything to shut it off. LOL. Anyway, hooked it up, watched it for about a day, it was disgusting. What I see now when I watch tv, apparently I was blind to, when I used to have the tv always on, blaring some nonsense idly in the background.
TV advertising promoting drugs, like they are some miracle. Law suit fishing, Gold For Cash, Rent A Center, blah, blah. Disgusting...

Anyway, TV sucks, I do watch a couple shows, but those are online, anyway, and for some reason they seem to show different commercials online.

I watched a beheading once, actually twice, because I couldn't believe what I saw. DaddyBoo said I was awful, I said I was curious.

I actually like "realistic" scenes that include rape play. There was one on a site that couldn't be verified that it was NOT an actual gang-rape because it was simply submitted to the site with all the other amateur videos. That one bothered me a bit, but not enough to make me stop watching it another 4 or 5 times.

Sue me, I'm a twisted bitch that way.

And before we go on about ads., some of the profile pictures that come up on the log in page are kind of daring, not all rule breaking stuff is caught, I have seen nudity and light bondage on this page before.

The reason the ad's are allowed to violate the restrictions they put on our profiles is because all of the Ad's have Content and Model Releases for what they show making them all legal and guaranting that they are legally responsible for what they show.

The Profiles on Collarme can not be verified in such a way. Thus to maintain the ability of not being held responsible the site uses their discression on what can be shown and does not approve images that would fall under decency laws. This is simply to protect the sites owner and those affiliated with the site from legal issues and content laws.

At least that is the way that I understand it.

General reply: Fair enough to most of the comments but just because someone visits this site doesn't necessarily mean they want porn in their face before they've finished eating their cornflakes. Or ads depicting rape for that matter. If that is someone's "kink" then fair enough. But whatever sort of images you or I find acceptable, are such images appropriate in the place they are in? The question is should people first have to log in before seeing such images. They may be placed there for commercial reasons, but if websites don't act responsibly then aren't they laying themselves open to future problems such as unwelcome restrictions from outside?
The suggestion about when I should and shouldn't log in had me a bit confused at first, until I re-read the original post. I should clarify that the reference to "casual visitors" meant internet users who might find the website by chance, not visitors to my house or anyone else's! But the concern about protecting the unwary is still a good point so thanks for making it.

The adds are allowed to have nudity and stuff because the sites using the adds, have the proper titles and stuff, and can proove their models are over 18, collarme.com can't proove the same.

I've not seen any such ads depicting rape? Some people enjoy being publically humiliated, those are the ones in those images. The only questionable thing from my point of view is the others on the bus, general area perhaps not part of the scene but that is kink.com's risk and as banner ads you'll find them more places than here.

When you pay for YOUR web site you can keep them off. Until then you ONLY option is to leave. .... Well I guess you could just keep complaining. That is another option, however it would force me to hide you... but you get the point.
