The competition for bi f subs is enormous, especially for ones who are open to non-monogamous situations. Once you add the sane in there...well you see the problem. Why don't you just order an escort for a night?

Obviously if you want it more than for one night, you either have to get a new girl each time or you don't want it just as a surprise. You also don't mention what sort of toy it will be- sex? what type of play? For how long? Public or private? What you are looking for is extremely rare. Someone who would make a date on your whim to come over, be used and then go home and not talk again or be involved until the next date? Highly rare. If you are open to paying however, there's lots of options open.
