Consider the following:
Submission to Me means trust, respect, admiration, obedience, and devotion. Things offered to Me by someone who is high up at work, has a complete and utter grasp on her life, is in control of many people, and has no "need" to be told what to do in the way of "not being able to make a decision". A person who is considered strong, and even "dominant" to others in her life, to the point of many being shocked when she submitted to Me.
Someone so tremendously accomplished and strong has handed her life to Me, and bent to My Collar?
THAT.. is tremendously rewarding, and is truly a huge compliment.

what is it that makes it so appealling and rewarding to Dom?   definately all the blowjobs..

I think the rewarding part is that after scene kiss and romantic pillow time with someone i really do love. * i know vanilla mushy awwww...*
its the little things she does.. breakfest in bed.. a loving massage.. Dom Space to some is control.. but knowing she loves you more then anyone else.. just really adds a high to the whole expedition and long search to find her.
