My name is Rachel and I am a switch, but prefer to be a sub. I have noticed that a lot of people who contact me are into just one night stands, or we talk and then "magically" vanish. Can someone tell me if this is the case with a lot of people on this site, because I feel like I am wasting my time :(?

Welcome! It might take some time before you find someone you really click with. I've heard the process likened to panning for gold. There's plenty of mica on here and some 24k nuggets too. Good Luck!!

You have, sadly, defined one of the primary faults with CM - People who just want to play and have neither the marital status or the common intelligence to consider an actual commitment. Subs like yourself are the chief prey of these folk, but like hlen5 says, keep panning for nuggets and using your block list and you'll surely find your true gold. The Bard speaks truly, forsooth! Seriously--they are both right....you sometimes have to put up with the losers, but if you find one new, true friend, then it will be worth it.
