Insomnia...different things help for different people. Watch a video you've already watched, that's not too engaging, like a comedy, while lying back, till you drop off. Read. Lie down, consciously relax your body, and pay attention only to your breathing; when your mind wanders, just return to your breathing. uh, Get off, then fall asleep after. If you've got a headache, ibuprofen might work for you, as it does for me - usually relieves the pain and makes me drowsy.
