Sure it's possible.  You can purchase Mother's Milk tea in most grocery stores... herbals to help with lactation.  And using a breast pump will help.  There are tremendous amounts of information available if you just google it.

do a search on here on lacation and you'll find about 40 threads on it and I know we went into all the risks as well as the extreme amount of time it takes to get results.

Just to hit the high points....

You have to breast pump every 2 hours every day. Just as if she were nursing a new born. So she will have to take breaks at work to do this. There are supplements that will help but they do have side effects.

Once she is lactating, if she manages it she will have to wear a bra and breast pads probably all the time or she'll leak in the bed, on her cloths, on you etc.

You have to be very very very commited to this idea if you want to see results. This is not something you can do on a whim.

This makes me think. I've heard human milk is bitter. Any testimonials?

All my searching comes up with "Whatever mom eats" and what I assume are attempts at humor. I'm kind of curious...

Mother's milk is actually on the sweeter side, unless the woman eats heavy garlic/onion or spicy foods which can tinge the flavor.  Similar to other bodily fluids.  :)

I have only tasted milk from one woman and my experience is that yes it did have a rather bitter edge.  That wasn't artificialy induced; I started playing with her a couple months after she gave birth.  She did live with a heavy smoker at the time so 2nd hand smoke may have been having some effect on it.

Rule #1, obviously, is to learn how to Google. "Inducing lactation" and variants thereof seem a good bet. Not that you can't ask here, but you'll get much more information that way, it has all been done and written.

Rule #2: have the lass ask questions herself. It is much more productive for her to ask questions and get advice from other persons with mammaries, they tend to know more about it than Masters generally do. I've seen while threads about it in the "ask a submissive" section.

It is time and labor intensive and even more so since she has not had a baby, but it is completely possible.  It will take 8-12 15-20 minute milkings per day to produce results.  I suggest the hospital grade double breast pumps (otherwise it is 15-20 minutes per side thus doubling the time she has to spend) and the other means of pump or stimulating the nipples are less effective.  Try to get one that has a "two phase" process.  These are pricy and run around $250+, but are well worth it if you are serious about this.

Mother's milk tea is good.  The ingredients in it taken at higher separate doses may be helpful if progress is long in coming or delayed completely.  There are also prescription meds that can produce lactation as a side effect, but only consider this if all else is not working because there are often nasty side effects and there is the difficulty of involving a doctor in the process.  Doctors are not really very crazy about giving out meds just to spice up your bedroom life.

All in all it is a long, but potentially worthwhile process and is completely possible.  It carries some risks of complication much the same as that of a nursing mother.  It also carries the possibility of making it a little trickier if you both want a child later.  It is nature's attempt at slowing birthing.  It is imperfect, so don't rely on it as your method of birth control if you are not ready to raise a family.  I wish you luck and hope this helps.

Also you can check with the Le Leche League or their web-site or books, because they help women who are going to adopt start lactation.
