I now have full body orgasms at least 3 or 4 times a week and its always a yawn that triggers it. I believe (and I have been doing a lot of research on this) that this type of yawn is nothing to do with being tired or bored but all to do with a release of sexual energy. Keep yawning but the next time he's laying by your side and you feel yourself wanting to yawn, try arching your back and releasing the yawn very slowly.... I would be interested to know if anything happens

[:)] - maybe you have to share horse body language with a horse for you to acquire it, did that thread throw any light on it with other people here. it is odd, cos i find myself needing to yawn with Sir, and youre right its nothing to do with being bored or tired - big sigh)) - thank you [:)] ill have to send him youre post (if thats ok) so that when i do as you suggest and arch my back he doesnt think im taking the piss... I have a yawn reflex. I don't yawn when I am bored unless I am also tired or sleepy. I DO yawn when I am angry. This usually proceeds a quick and volitile response to what is causing my anger. I have aniliated people with words, I have tossed attackers off balconies, I have picked people up by their pants and thrown them out of bars (I was a bouncer). I don't allow myself to get angry often. When I do it is because one side is not listening. I warn people about the "cat" response. When a cat is about ready to shove his claws into an unwary mouse it will first yawn (as if considering), then attack. Yawns for me are not inconsequential. I"ve been know to yawn in the faces of my boss or bosses..lol..and its not because they excite me.. I remember that I yawned just once while getting a lecture from my mom....next thing I know I'm getting the belt.. I yawned at my son after they cleaned him up at birth..the little shit yawed back..lol I don't know if a yawn is right or wrong..but I know when I do it..it just seems to seep out...[unless its in front of my boss..snickers}

I have never noticed it as a part of my submission. I've noticed it when there is a lack of oxygen in my system or I am tired like everyone eles. I've also noticed it as a part of 'sympathy' showing in a personality, that's a social physcoligy thing though. But no, in short, no, I never have yawned durning a lecture.

Read recently on yahoo that researchers have concluded after studying budgies in Australia, that yawning is the bodys attempt to cool the brain and make it more alert. Apparently there is a place on the roof of the mouth that connects directly to the (?) hippocampus which is responsible for alertness (among other things). The air going through the mouth cools the roof of the mouth, which is then translated directly into the brain and the body wakes up. So really, it is a compliament to your dom if you yawn when he is talking - your body is attempting to be more alert and responsive to him and what he is saying. [:)] In other words - yawning is good - better let your dom know. [:D]

i don't think i yawn but when i talk to Master on the phone i get warm and fuzzy and just want to wrap myself up in his voice.

i yawn at odd times..i went on a meet and fought to hold in yawns..thru laughs of all things...i didnt know you could laugh and yawn at the same time....apparently im a nervouse giggler and yawner...i wasnt tired till the end of the night...by then i couldnt hold it in anymore... but htat study makes since..i was a bit warm..i had wore a sweater cause im usually cold..i ended up being to warm... ohh maybe if it happens again..say it wasnt a yawn...that you were doing some jaw stretching exercises...heehee (edited to try to cover up an eye rolling/head spinning question)
