Slipstreme -> RE: CM personals: What do you understand "Dominant Trans" to mean? (1/22/2006 3:48:50 PM)

In my case Im a Switch Dominant (meaning, usually dominant. My friends have described me as dominant with a masochistic streak). But as trans, for me really means genderqueer. While biologically female, I neither identify with, want to be either male or female. I would prefer both, honestly. I dont think I would be any happier male than female, so I accept me as I am, but I do not like my assigned gender. I just don't think I would feel any better the other way around. I try for a mid ground, unassigned look. Ive been described as more male than female most times, more female other times. I tend to walk a fenceline between realities. Hence my signature "Living the dichotomy" an existence I am happy with, but most people can not comprehend, accpet, love or feel comfortable with. Ive been lucky this far to meet people who care for me as who I am, rather than what I am. It was not always this easy.
