I'm not new here, but in a sense I am. I've been in the lifestyle for years and had some very good times, but there have also been the problems. I've been inactive for a while now but decided to change that.

I don't expect much from the site, let's face it, from what I've seen people here are just as shallow as in real life, just more blatant about it. When I see all the lists of what is acceptable or not, I move on. Relationships are not made from lists of likes and dislikes, they're made from connections, trust and acceptance. When our first instinct is to exile everyone who doesn't agree with our ideal of perfection we lose the possibility of finding out that life can be far more exciting than we thought.

I'm far more interested in what your dreams are, what you want to explore.

Let's face it, it's far easier to make excuses than to take a chance. I expect the excuses...

Well said, Anguis. And more close to the truth than most here would admit.
There are some true seekers on this site, but they're few and heavily
outflanked by the dreamers. Believe in your cause and before long you'll
find the right one.
