No doubt about that, Blacksword.  One thing you notice about students is that if they already have work experience they appreciate the opportunties that higher education provides and they usually have critical thinking skills to better apply the new knowledge.

College is great at filling students heads full of facts. But it can't teach them how to think. That is an innate ability. Thats how you get the term "college educated idiot". Some are as smart as the newest of textbooks and just as dumb.
