Status: offline 		There are those that believe it and those that use it becasue I think they have spent too much time in certain types of chat rooms and think it is expected.  Who knows what they think and why... but I have been very clear on how distasteful I think it is and how I wouldn't be with anyone who was worthless.  I have challenged a couple when they came off like that and the answer I got... since he now knew it was the wrong path to go with me... was... Isn't that what you all expect in a slave?  Um... no dude... not even.

Why would I want to have anything to do with someone worthless? Where's the excitement in that? More to the point (at least to my way of thinking): where in the hell is the honor in someone giving themselves to me - do they think so little of me that they think I'm deserving of something worthless? C'mon here, let's get real.

I want to own someone that I am proud of, who I am honored by when they give themselves to me. I don't want a piece of dung stuck to my shoe.

As far as the humiliation goes, where's the fun in "humiliating" someone who wants to be humiliated? It's much more fun to humiliate someone who needs to be taken down a peg or two (though, to be honest, humiliation doesn't do a whole lot for me).

Status: offline 		It isn't appealing to me at all ... from a D perspective .... as a bottom that enjoys humiliation, degredation and "worthlessness" it is a headspace I need to experience ... but its a headspace rather than a reality. I am of great worth and value and if I wasn't, my Owner wouldn't wish to own me. We both enjoying sullying that valuable property from time to time, and when I need my "bucket emptying" that is the best headspace to do it in.

Problem with those kind of profile statements is that they usually come from people who seek certain headspaces in total isolation from the rest of life and wish to base an entire relationship around them experiencing that headspace. Beacuse of this those relationships either a) dontlast b) become a service Top, dominant Bottom dynamic or c) are very compartmentalised or "part time"

The other thing, and I myself am guilty of having done it. "worthless pieces of shit" are easier to Duminate for the inept but enthusiatic Tops out there. When you're desperate anything will do, and you play to the widest audience you can. I have played the pathetic helpless subbie card to get my ass beat in the past, just like I played the SAM and the brat. I'm not proud of it, but I didn't hurt anyone with it so I don't feel guilt over it either.

Status: offline 		I enjoy pride, honor, dignity.  Those statements are devoid of those facets and, honestly, disgust me.  There are others out there, though, who dig weak personalities, humiliation, etc. and those sort of statements and that type of person may be right up their alley.  Each unto their own but that is soooooooo not for me.

I'm curious - do mostly Dommes receive this type of email?  I've gotten the (perhaps mistaken) impression it's more the male subs who might approach in this manner, than the female subs to a male Dom, but who the hell knows?  lol

Status: offline 		I have only had a few female submissive's email anything close to the worthless side of things, but many, many male submissive's have done this.  That could be because I am straight and fewer females email me.  But... from going on the boards and place's I have been... it was mostly males from my experience.  I would say a good amount of my mail comes from the worthless type, but I can't give percentages.

Status: offline 		  It's funny... I'd say "it's a male thing", going on replies in this thread and my own experience of both subs AND doms who talk this way, but it's certainly something I don't enjoy, nor do I think about myself this way.

Honestly, if I was so incredibly self-loathing as those lines sound, my instinct wouldn't be to find someone to abuse me, it would to be kill myself and save the world the trouble.

As it is, I hope my submission is something that a dom appreciates or at the very least, desires. I get my pleasure from pleasing, after all, and if I can't do that, why bother? I want to be a net benefit to someone's life.
