This is a very unsafe practice that can result in permanent injury requiring emergency surgery to remove the damaged tissue, infertility and even testicular cancers. I think that all dom/inatrixes should be required to have some knowledge of human anatomy and physiology before they start swinging whips and kicking things. I have heard of others who enjoy inserting broomsticks and the like in places they have no business. This can likewise result in ruptured internal parts. Major physical trauma requiring medical care can be the result of untrained individuals doing things they shouldn't. Understanding how delicate, ALL these areas are...I personally don't find anything sexy about either one of these acts. Who will pay the medical bills incurred in such injuries?

I've done a bit of ballkicking.. but followed the lead of another, more experienced domme that I work with occasionally. We never wear shoes, so there's more control... and it's more or less just a slap with the top of my foot.

Nothing satisfies like a very hard ballbusting. I feel like a virgin each and every time. I really enjoy extreme CBT and always wanted to try a bit of ballbusting. I have had a number of subs request to be kicked in the balls, but when the time comes to meet, they never showed up. Cowards. LOL

The testes sit inside very slippery sacs that move around freely within the scrotum. Unless the testes are secured tightly prior to impact, the impact is lessoned considerably by their movement, so yes, a good basic knowledge of anatomy is a must. I have engaged in ballbusting for years and not one person has developed a condition requiring medical attention from this in all the time I have been practising it. I am not advocating that it is a 'safe' activity to engage, there are risks. Provided both persons are fully informed and as with anything else we do, due care is taken, many, such as myself, believe the intense and keen sensations experienced are worth the risks.

You don't find it sexy in the least, many do. It would be nice for people to discuss such topics without the inclusion of the Safety Sirens. Like a moth to a flame, eh? I tend to presume that when a person has posted professing such an enthusiasm that they are informed and to be honest, ball'busting' is a bit of a misnomer in any case unless someone is into 'crushing' and then we are speaking about the likelihood of rupture (busting).

As for someone's comment on torsion of the testis/es, this can happen with simply moving awkwardly in bed, or any rigorous activity - and not as a result of an impact. It is rare for a man over the age of 25 to suffer from this and is generally caused by high riding testes which, when they turn, cause the spermatic cord to twist with it, cutting off the blood supply. I have yet to see an experienced recipient of ballbusting to have high rising testes, for they usually also go in for other means of CBT, including some stretching, although doesn't necessarily mean they have to. Lower hanging testes means more freedom of movement and less propensity to suffer any kind of damage upon impact.

Met a great ball busting sub at a BDSM club a few months ago, he was also a human ashtray, so double fun.

I've taken shots to the balls before, not something I care to relive though. Mine are not punching bags.

I can watch people take shots below the belt without crossing my legs, but I always do an "ohh snap," silently and/or aloud.
