No, the very heavy matter of which I speak is my erroneous assertion that the Beatles were the Bestest Evah.

Now, they were fucking killer in the studio, but their live shows, well, it was the times and puny 40 watt amps.

Nope, best live band ever is THE DEAD.  Nobody can touch Garcia and  his mates. That's how it is.

EDIT:  Best live performances, Aerosmith, U2, BB King, Phil Collins, Huey Lewis and the News.  In that order.  The Stones... meh.  I could see how they could have been one of the best in their day, but, I'm sorry, there's a time to just hang up your touring shoes.

Also, I did hear rumour that Billy Joel and Elton John are going to be doing some concerts together in the not too distant future.  Something I'm quite intrigued in.

One of my all time favorite bands is/was Bad Company. I saw Paul Rodgers a few years back and he still gots it!

They alread are touring together BK. I was just reading a great review of it yesterday in this week's Rolling Stone. That would be a great show!
