The legal documents relative to my defense of U.S. and Indiana Constitutional rights uploaded to my website. This includes the documents filed last Friday (Jan 20) that were the subject of a local press conference. Please pay particular note to the first set of interrogatories presented to the city attorney to answer. They will make you chuckle.

Greetings Miss Ann,
I just wanted to say hello as we've spoken in the past a couple times (not on Collarme) and to express my sincere support for you. I was shocked to see you too are being impacted by the moral watchdogs that seem to have appeared recently all over the country under the current administration. It's really sad that so much effort and energy has to be spent over something that amounts to nothing more than people accepting the differences of others and to "live and let live."

Slipstreme...It is up to the Dominants to MAKE the submissives remember their place. This requires action and sacrifice of time and money. Freedom is never free unfortunately, although it should be. I hope more people consider how badly they want a free and tolerant society. For if we do not fight for it, there will be little semblance of it left in 50 years.

Thanks for caring and please consider taking action to help where you can. You can give money to worthy freedom organizations or specific fights, make sure you know your local politicians, get involved in local government, and regularly write or call your elected officials to let them know where you stand on issues. Good luck Miss Ann, I have been following your updates and hope you come out of this on top. Too many people are giving in now days, it is great to see those who aren't.

The case is going well.  I have help in the media and have made several appearances on talk radio, including conservative talk radio.  I strongly believe that this fight needs to be fought in the media as much as the courts.  I've held a press conference, regularly speak to journalists, and have made appearances on two talk radio programs.  My lawyer also is available to the media. My lawyer is paid in full thanks to donations received from around the country and help from my legal defense fund sponsor.

I will continue to fight the city, to expose their lies and hypocrisy, and am prepared to take the matter to the
appellate level.  Either way, whoever loses this case will likely appeal.  My lawyer, Mark Small,  is also prepared to go the distance with me and particularly likes working this case.  He is the perfect lawyer for this lawsuit and has become a friend.

It is important that We, The People remember that we are the Dominant to our governement.  The government is no different than any other submissive.  They all get out of line when they are not disciplined by their Dominant Masters.  This lawsuit is a perfect opportunity for me to simultaneously educate the American public on the D/s nature of of our relationship with our government.
