i kept staring at "8!!!!!"  thinking it had to be 81.

But that is awesome to get the blood sugar levels under control...hard to do and so worth the effort. And the weight loss is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(I spent years trying to lose weight....to no avail....and decided...."why go with a plan you can't win???"

So now...I'm focusing now on gaining 5 pounds per year).

I'd just like to say....like so many things in my life....I'm ahead of plan.

steel..it is the AIC...Doc wants it at 7 or lower and i was at 13 so you can see how far i have come..still a long way to go though but my inspiration is true and pure.I don't know how much weight i'll end up losing but in the long run..healthier chezz happier chezz and happier Mistress Cat.She says she is proud and i would never doubt her...but iwasn't attractive at 263 pounds not long ago and yet she still asked me to wear her training collar...i am humbled and proud to be in her service.

Chezzy, I rather think its for the inside and  the whole more than anything that interests MsCat, but im just guessing:) But congratulations on the weight loss and the levels, thats awesome stuff.

I'm pretty sure a blood sugar of 8 is imcompatible with life.   Maybe you meant 80, and congrats Chezz on your endeavor.     M

chezz Yeah when I diagnosed my A1C was at 14 and my BGL was 487 My A1C is still higher than my Doc wants but the BGL has come down considerably.
