I want it in leather, back straps, with special shelve-cups for my breasts. 36-C should etend beyond the cup shelves but have at least two straps to encircle each breast at the base, at least 1" wide and another half way up the cup. As my white bra shot shows I want my breasts to be swollen in this mw.

Obviously you will need to have such an item custom-made. Since the set-up sounds pretty exacting, I suggest that you find someone with reputable corsets already on their site (that is, not cheap). Be prepared to drop several hundred dollars. You might have better luck posting in the Seeking/For Sale forum.

He has a shop about two or three storefronts north of Devon on Clark and yes, he is fabulous.
