I was doing a clickadyclick stretch of my spine exercises the other day and then suddenly found it hard to turn my head leftwards. I did some head turning exercises and eventually got back to full motion but a pain moved to my shoulder. Funny how all the muscles are connected. Once one goes in your back it's a delicate balance getting them all back again.

Sorry for the pain and so young to be burdened with scoliosis. Hope you get to feeling better very soon.

I am sorry you're in so much pain. When I see a scoliosis like yours, my chiropractic background makes me want to scream and arrest someone for the lack of care you received in years past. It is a crime that your growth plates were allowed to close without intervention. On another topic, I'm always curious about satanists. By worshiping Satan, aren't you, in fact, acknowledging and accepting the whole Christian myth? There can be no satan without the judeo-christian god. I would think that paganism is a much better repudiation of the twisting of monotheism by the established church.

sorry to hear about your pain, with my fibromyalgia I know how it is to be in pain most of the time, but at the moment mine is well controlled medication wise, so I am pain free (sorry). I hope you get better soon, but I can assure you that my day isn't any better as migraine and vomiting keeps visiting me today, so most of the time today is spent in the bed or bathroom...best wishes [&:]
