For what it's worth though, I wish her a safe and easy flight to NV and eventually to UT.

Well, my cave babe is finally in Vegas with her parents.  She is exhausted, or to use her words, "in a coma."  She'll be out of commission for a while until she can bank her sleep and get settled in.  I'll let you all know this evening how she is fairing.

Gosh thanks you guys for all the well wishes.  i'm still slightyly comatose from yesterday.  it was the being up for 25 hours that kinda did me in. 

well i'm here in vegas, it's going to be 74 today and it's so beautiful.  i'm going to see my favorite auntie tonight.  if the job market was better here i'd consider staying, i'll have to see what or if i can find anything.

i am still trying to wrap my mind around the lack of coffee. i would have to keep a jar of that instant crap under my pillow and use hot tap water from the bathroom.

Sorry I didn't see this in time to wish you a safe journey, but I'm glad to see you got there.
I've seen what you can do when you put your mind to it.  I'm exhausted just reading this.

Don't forget to pop by the UK on your travels.  It's not fair to only share yourself with America.

I won't say you're a sweet caring lady, but my doctor's prescribed you as a cure for hypoglycaemia!

Yay for the successful first leg of your trip.  Remember that it doesn't matter what the job market is, if you're supposed to stay there, you'll find a job.  About the no caffeine thing:  any way to smuggle in other forms of it besides coffee?  The withdrawal is not pretty!

Christine is on her way to Salt Lake City today, with a good chance on a new apartment and some job interviews.

Update

Christine is settled in her new home and starting a new job next Monday.
She expects to be back online perhaps a week later and is looking forward to chatting again with all her friends.
