Not really. There are a few professional dominants who hold sessions that might be similar, and there are a few bed and breakfasts around that cater to bdsm, but for some reason they're harder to find in the US. My advice would be to hook up with munch groups and find out what is happening in your area and then seek exchanges with other groups outside of your local area to see if people announce anything of such a nature, because quite often, due to law enforcement becoming really difficult to engage in consensual activity (even if we would all consider it legal), a lot of such events are kept underground. There are women's tea parties that can be found, if you keep your ear to the ground, organizations that adopt a religious foundation in female goddess spirituality (with a femdom bent) and all sorts of other activities that you can find after time. Most of it is not the kind of stuff you're going to find by putting out feelers and hoping someone is going to respond. I've been involved in a number of these types of organizations over the years, and they're generally apprehensive about inviting new members unless they meet them through their communities or through recommendations from others. You don't get that sort of connection just by asking questions on a message board.
So, advice again, get involved in your local communities. Often people won't do that because they think THAT is the end of the connection and then they go away disappointed. Contribute to those communities, and those communities open up doors to other opportunities. Rush it, and you end up with very little success.
