ORIGINAL: hardbodysub Geez, everybody cut the OP a break! No. I get REALLY tired of media stereotypes of female power that cannot distinguish between being dominant and being evil. The OP and all submissive men who share this woman-hating, demonizing death trip can truly and SINCERELY fuck off and die. I am not Ilse Koch or Elizabeth Bathory. Dominant men do not have to live in a world where there is never a Zeus, a King Arthur or a Robin Hood to balance the Hades/Satan, Caligula and Jack the Ripper stereotypes. MALE dominance in our society is not cast solely in the negative, with the premise that men cannot have power unless they are abusing it brutally, hatefully and stupidly. I see no reason to put up with this sterotype being laid on me and other female dominants; there's nothing "submissive" about throwing buckets of hate-filth on me. Crap like this makes me so angry that I hope the OP and every male submissive like him get EXACTLY what they're looking for--an evil bitch who will use, destroy and kill them. Women like Irma Grese are exactly who they're looking for, and exactly who they deserve. Ok, I have to play devil's advocate here a little bit. Because I do get what you're saying...but.... I enjoy movies with scenes that include "male vulnerability" or male helplessness or male bondage. Also men submitting, men kneeling, men begging - whatever. When I find myself drawn to these portrayals of men, they are in a wide variety of situations - they are all acting. They are playing a role. They may be helpless because they were caught by villians or maybe they were playfully tied up by a girlfriend - whatever. The fact remains that when I see scenarios of male helplessness, it gets me kind of hot - on a variety of levels. As a result, I can name movies or tv shows with most actors (of note) if you tell me the name, just because it's in my memory banks. If someone made a list of these things (well, someone does, kudos to Roper Mike, just google him) I find it interesting and may look at some things I could have missed. Even though a great many of these feature men in scenarios I don't find attractive per se, or of men in roles I do not find *attractive* if it were "real life," the fact remains that the imagery is kind of hot to me. Where does this ultimately go? I may just create my own little fantasy around it, I may change the way it happens in my head, or I may just look at it and think "hot." It doesn't mean I want to do it, want it to be real, or anything of the sort. Could it be that these men who make these lists or like these lists - of women in power, or cruel women, or whatever - they aren't all necessarily maliciously or ignorantly eroticizing something that is necessarily bad, but they are just attracted to the imagery, some of the visuals - a body language, a certain smile, a confidence that comes with cruelty. It doesn't mean they want it to happen to them in real life, just as I don't want an air tight box in my basement because I saw one on tv and the superhero they shoved into it looked really hot when he got all sweaty. Akasha Thank you Akasha, this is exactly what I am thinking. Some of these replies are pretty cruel and are not needed at all towards him IMO. Maybe he has alot of time on his hands, sure. But to tell him off because some of you think that this is his only view of dominant woman as being plain "evil" might totaly be wrong. He more than likely can tell the differences between real life bdsm type stuff, and the stuff in movies where woman (evil or not) is just something that is hott, but in the end just a movie and does not reflect his real view of dominant woman. I always enjoyed these types of scenes in movies where woman capture men, as it is something that actually goes against the grain of the traditional woman "damsel in distress" type scenes that are everywhere. Its something different and fun to watch and it can be quite hott. But that doesnt mean that I view real life dominant woman in this manner, which of course I dont. So to malicously attack the OP for making a list like this is wrong at this point, unless he comes out and says that this is actually how he views real life dominating woman, which I find highly doubtful. Its just a fun little list of movies that show woman having men in a position that most woman are usually in as "damsels in distress" in most movies/shows.
