Both sides of the testicles?? I'm surprised there wasn't anything on BME from someone who's actually done it... Obviously the injection is done into the scrotum, not the testes (may be a semantics issue, but an important one). There's no need to do both sides of the scrotum... it may start out larger near the injection site, but will even out with a little time.

It's really odd to have a body part expanded to such an unusual size. It's an interesting trip, especially during sex... gives a little more "impact" to the stroke [:D]
