Men in Black headquarters, agent 'K' is sitting in front of a videoscreen looking at a woman, agent 'J' comes up behind him, makes a remark, 'K' switches off the video monitor, and 'J ' says something to the effect that "well, you know what they say, it's better to have loved and lost" at which point 'K' spins around in his chair, fixes him with a steely gaze and says "try it"
one of the saddest and most telling scenes in any movie i've ever seen
