Ok i went to chat last night and asked about out profile pictures being approved, and was told by a couple members theirs were denied but they couldn't figure out quite why...i'm one of those people now [:(]

is it against the rules to not have your face displayed? mine is of me bent over, dressed but it does show my thong panties...i've seen way more graphic/explicit on here, so i'm not sure what to do [:o]

It did say i could use them as a seconday picture...but i have no idea what that is [:-]

Any suggestions?

First pics are not required to be face shots, I would ask one of the Mods--I would assume your bent over pic was not acceptable for the reason of the thong--but check with a Mod, they will respond---they only look mean---smiles

Thanks for the relply MH...for a still to new to know the answer girl like me, how do the members ask Mods questions? Can we send a message like we'd do with any other member, or is there a message board just for that?

i can't wait till i learn the tricks in here, i feel like a goofball every time i have to ask these things [&o]

Also, at the risk of making myself seem like a sailor in disguise...i'm finding it --really-- hard to edit myself to not swear (you know it's a horrible habit when you can't even easily go without TYPING curse words, eh :S) is swearing allowed on the boards?

In chat the past two nights, my screen has nearly froze altogether with severe lag, but it was fine the first night i tried it, anything i'm doing wrong, or is that the nature of the javachat? [:-]

You could always ask the people who recognize you from RL what they were doing on such a pervy website.

I'd go along with FP here. I had a photo posted in my other profile, and it was approved and posted for some time. I deleted that old account and opened a new one, with the identical profile, and identical picture submitted. The profile was approved, but the photo was not this time.

The only difference in the photo that "finally" got approved, versus the rejected one, was that the framing of the photo was blocked out in the rejected photo. I framed the photo with a fancy cut out, but the picture was a full face shot. The acceptable photo has a solid frame.

I questioned the rejection, directly to the site, but received no response. It was just easier to submit the other photo.

Wow, that sucks that so many members are getting screwed with their pictures, thanks for the stories, at least now i know i just have to keep trying.

i'm not scared of a little persistence...although maybe after the next one gets it's grade, if it fails, i may just tell E/everyone i'll send it to them separately, it's not really --THAT-- inconvenient [&o]

i was rejected, again [&o]

However, on the brighter side, at least i've been rejected promptly both times and didn't have to wait 72 hours for either; optimism is a difficult concept sometimes [&:]

HEY! its happened to me.. Just re apply with the same picture the accpeted mine and i took it down. When I reposted it, it was denied. So I tried again and sure enough it was allowed.. who knows? just try again

I've just gone through the same thing and was hoping to find a post on it. (this is my first post here!) The rules seem a bit goofy to me. I have a pic that I used last time I had a profile here a couple years ago and it was just rejected. It's part facial (from my nose down and just barely a glimpse of my chest. I'm a guy, btw), taken by a fellow artist and have gotten many compliments on it. Some have body shots and no face at all, etc. etc.
As long as a photo is tasteful and depicts yourself, what's the problem!? I'm quite fricken steamed about it at the moment. I am a business owner and would prefer not to have a full face pic, yet it does give at least a general idea of my looks. I'll just try again as suggested, but still, I'd love to give a choice word or two to whoever it is that decided against me!

The whole pic thing has been wacky on here for some time now. I had so many issues with the forum boards avatar I don't dare touch my photo portion of my profile now.

Not being oine of the elevated ones, I'm going to guess here and suggest you ask "Support" they are pretty well on the ball and you could also check ToS.. I've lost track of the posts in all the forums I visit where such questions have been asked and the Mods have directed them to adress the matter to either the Moderators OR Support....
