You are confident.  Confidence is attractive.  Hence, you are more attractive even if you have not changed anything else.

I'd guess it's something new, not just something you haven't noticed before.  It's related to the "put on a wedding ring and start getting more attention from members of the opposite sex than ever before" phenomenon.  Or another example: Ever notice how you tend to all kinds of looks from interested strangers right after getting laid?  There's actually a theory that there's a biological basis to it: people can tell (unconsciously, of course, and through some mechanism that we don't understand perfectly) that you've just had sex, and their brains say to themselves, "Well, someone else obviously found this person desirable, so he or she must be a good catch!"

I'd guess somehow you're displaying the fact that your master treasures you, and that means other people think you must have something good to give.

I had a bit of a rocky start to my present relationship but things have improved and i'm extremely happy, content and settled. I decided a couple of days ago to return the keys of my collar to Sir and to relinquish all rights of release and everything to him.

Since then every time i go out i have been getting wolf whistles, beeps of horns, winks, phone numbers, been checked out and in general admired. This is not normal for me, i mean don't get me wrong i get chatted up etc but not to the extent i have been over the last couple of days.

Am i all of a sudden omitting some sexual confidence, me confidence kind of thing that men find attractive or something?
