One point: I'd always heard that camelhair brushes were made from the fur of fitches or ferrets. I do know the name comes from a man named Camel.

Status: offline 		Good quizz. There isn't a simple answer to question 1, though. 116 years is probably the number of years during which there were battles opposing the kings for the control of France, but they spanned over more than that, something like 150-160 years
I knew about the russian revolution, the panama, and the sheep (just the sheep, not the horses). I didn't even know that there were Canary Islands in the Pacific. I didn't even read that part of the question, thinking about the spanish islands. I guessed the color of the black box, because orange is the color that is most easily visible.

OK I just checked and can't find them : where in the Pacific are the Canary islands ????

edit : I suppose it was a mistake in the question, the well known Canary Islands could have their name derived from "the island of the dog", in latin.

so does that mean that everyone the term (blonde hair black box - aeroplane) has applied to is actually a natural redhead???????????

You use the classic spelling for aeroplane, so you get as many points as you want!
