Hi if you google BDSM checklist, (there are plenty of them out there). I have pasted a link to one of them
above for you. I myself filled out one of these for Sir
when we entered into a D/s relationship. Well actually he had me handwrite it all, rather than print a copy
and put ticks next to box's. For me, he knows if i have to write something, then there is a better chance i
will digest the information.
May I also suggest the book.....'Screw the roses - Send me the thorns'. Sir gave me his copy to read before
i entered fully into our relationship. I found it most helpful

Eventually, things do seem to fall into place, it takes time, and a LOT of talking. I detest failing, and take
it hard when i displease Him. In the beginning (like your lady) i would just not bother to try, for fear
of failing. I now try, and when i fail, i confess to it........i will try and write down why i think i failed,
sometimes i can find a reason, other times i've got nothing, no explanation at all.......being truthful
goes a long way.
One other thing you could get her to do is to keep a journal. This is something i myself do, Sir
reads it from time to time. This can be how she communicates with you, being as she finds it hard
to answer your questions, it can be her place to write her most inner thoughts and feelings about the dynamics
of the relationship.
