I own a travel agency and have had many inquiries lately about a resort in the Mexican Riviera, Desires Resort and Spa. Has anyone here at CM vacationed there and if so, would you give it a thumbs up or down for lifestyle tourists looking for a vacation with similar other tourists.
If any one has been, can you give me a little description from a lifestylers perspective that I could pass along to my colleques and clients.

What do you mean by "lifestyle"? If it's BDSM, I haven't heard word one about this place. Where I've heard about it was from some local swingers club that had outings there. Do you mean "swinger's lifestyle"?

These are two quite different groups although there are some who participate in both.

It looks like a nudist resort more than anything, possibly swingers.

I want to get to Hedonism or Kink in the Caribbean at sime point.

Sorry, I should have been clearer. Yes, from a BDSM perspective. I am familiar with it's popularity among swingers.

Maybe, I should splain a little. A collegue of mine booked a young honeymoon couple on this trip a while ago. The info given, at that time, on the website and in brochures was that it was similar to Hedonism. < prude side and nude side >. Said honeymooners came back completely out of sorts saying there were people in leather with collars and leashes... bla bla bla. That is the only case I know of where it *appears* to be BDSM friendly.

I do corporate travel, but have recently been asked by friends and colleques if I know anything about this.. and am throwing this out there to see if anyone actually has experinced the same thing and if so was it a good or bad experience.

I am a member of AANR there are resorts all over the US. From a nudist standpoint. Though most resorts do not allow sexual contact.

Of course you are speaking in BDSM terms. Not just pure nudist.

There are actual BDSM cruises out there one can take. Far and few in between but they do exist.
