My neighbour has a black car. It has a yellow light on it. When he turns his light on people wave at him and he stops for them. They get in behind him and he takes them for a ride. They give him money. However whenever he uses his horn people get upset. So he drives around London trying not to use his horn. He says sometimes that it's stressful.
