Last night, I was sitting around with some like minded folks from My local area.  As the evening went on, we settled into a small circle of conversation, telling stories of past experiences or people we knew.

At one point, someone brought up the subject of an invention that someone had made (I can't remember the name to give the proper credit) that he had termed "The Dom'O'Matic."  Basically, the idea that I got from this device was that it was a power tool of some kind (I think a drill) that had been converted to attach a flogger, which would proceed to do the beating for you.

(In My head of course, I'm thinking of the comedy of Gallegher.  "It slices, it dices, and makes julian fries.")

So, My silly question of the day is this.  Is this something you might be interested in as a Top?  For the bottom, would it hold any appeal for you?  I have to wonder if the thing could be useful, for those masochists who tend to self inflict?

I have several spanko friends who built spanking machines... this is a funny aspect of the fetish.  Me, I would so go for a dom-bot!  I could go back to pro domination, save a fortune on costumes, and just parTAY!

Believe it or not, I helped to engineer a self inflicting pain device, so let's call it a Domme-o-matic.  This man liked being hit hard in the stomach by a large weight but not knowing when it was coming.  We set up a device using high test fishing line with a candle burning under it so that the line would snap and the ball would swing down on its support and hit him.  (I had him do it in advance without him standing in the way so that he knew exactly where it would hit.)  He stayed on cam blindfolded and I watched as the weight crashed into him.  He could do it whenever he wanted on his own but felt more fulfilled with a Domme watching.

There are all kinds of clever devices that can be made.  I think for most, though, the satisfaction comes from a shared experience.
