forgive me for not answering sooner,,,,and to answer your question, a resounding yes,,,,,it counts very highly,,and by the way, the lehigh valley is one of the most beautiful spots in this country, youre lucky

we have a few farmer's markets and lots of vegetable stands from mid to late summer

one really good farmer's market at the fairgrounds goes all year.

rhubarb will be starting to come in, in about a month or so. I have a good recipe from my grandmother. I'll have to find it and email it to you.

appreciate the offer, but i cant find rhubarb.....ive checked with the fruitand vegetable manager of every grocery store around here,,,theyve never even heard of it,,,and i cant find it canned, which is a mortal sin anyway,one does NOT use canned rhubarb
