The surgeon came into the operating room and asked the anethesiologist, "where the hell are all the nurses; there's no one here to help me assist with the procedure?" "Well, the nurses are not going to be available for a while" he answered."Why the hell not?" "A great looking guy was just admitted to the emergency room with one of those Cialis hard-ons that has not gone down after four hours."
