MissMorgan,,,,i have gotten used to it,,,,threads just naturally run their course and die a natural death,,sometimes youre the last one to leave the stage, therefore you got to turn of the lights and lock the door,,,i don't take it personal,,,actually i feel honored that some of the threads ive started have been so well received and gotten so much input,,it's allowed met o get some insight into the psyche of some of the people i share this corner of the WWW with,,,but I thank you for your kind words regardless

That's the great thing about these boards, more so than anywhere else, they allow for some light and fluffy exchanges, offer a wealth of information and set the stage for indepth conversations. I have used other sites and this stands out by far in terms of quality. I also like the fact that people are forthright and tend to keep the bullshit off the boards.

Well here I go folks, I am about to hide all my fun stuff tonight because the landlord comes tomorrow. Granny's quilt is going  to hang from my suspension rack. My slave looks so much better, lmao! Yea right, a quilt rack that is 7 feet high by about 7 feet long, maybe he won't notice. It just feels like an invasion of my privacy. What a shame we kinda have to hide certain things about our lives, you know? These vanilla people just would not understand!

I feel like an exception here..I don't hide anything when people come over. If they see it..they see it. If they have questions, I answer them. This is my life..and if friends/family members do not like or accept it..then it is their loss, not mine. I never hid my toys from my landlords either. This is my place..I pay to live here..so once again, if he doesn't like it..then he doesn't have to look at it.

Nice thread BG, sorry I hi-jacked it briefly <s>

When I was ... hmm how do I put this not so dettached from the lifestyle I didnt hide anything. I made floggers and hell my dad even helped find some of the supplies .... I know  he borrowed a few to  shock his friends and gave one to a local waitress that had a bunch of rowdies most day for lunch hour... Him and his buddies. My Youngest also took some to  the Rocky horror picture show she participated in... She told them that aint no flogger .. Let me bring you one of my  moms

MoGa and Sasy, I know what you mean about how one should not have to hide things and it is great that you do or did not not have to hide anything. I just thought my landlord would absolutely FREAK big time if he walked into the spare room and saw a 7 foot tall suspension rack with wrist and ankle cuffs hanging from it and a bondage chair, lol. Oh and  then there is my closet door with floggers, whips, crops, and handcuffs galore, about 70 "toys" in all hanging on the outside of it. Oh and um... I failed to mention that I have 10 or so  large black leather boxes with silver studs on them. Each one is labled on the outside as to what is inside of it. While electro-play, CBT, and wax play may not get his attention, the big box labeled, "Just Plain Sick"- Branding, Cauterization, Nails, Scalpels and Skewers may make him reconsider re-leasing my condo to me, lmao!!!

it's a sad day when you feel like all you are doing is breathing the air and taking up space.
