I used to tell mine that the fish went on vacation. That covered if the fish didn't look the same size when they got back. Once he brough a few friends back. That age is tough. My Imp dumped orange juce in the taank because I said it it was full of vitimons and good for her. the gold fish didn't like it.

When my nephew say Finding Nemo he insisted we buy a clownfish and flush it down the toilet... To free it. It's never to early to talk to yours about the waste water treatment facility. *sagely nod*
