btw, a tad bit off topic (or off tangent, but whatever i dont judge :P) i just "finished" (as in got bored making) my new profile. I personally thing its much better, what with the actual information and lack of suggestive name. However, since i am, in-fact human, and, worse still, male, i have probably don something horribly wrong.

On topic, the advice given is very good.  About the spelling, there are exceptions to be made - as long as you are making an effort to spell correctly and make yourself clear, most will be ok with the occational typo. 

Other things (that I can't remember if I saw or not). 
Don't be pushy.  If she wants to give you her phone number, she will - don't pester her for it. 
Don't be clueless.  If she gives you an IM contact, that means that she wants you to use it.  Same with a phone number.  We don't hand out these things lightly.
Remember details.  If she mentions that she's horribly allergic to X, don't get it for her.  If she mentions that she loves Y, remember that for birthdays.  Oh, and on that note, remember holidays/important dates. 

That's all I can think of at the moment.

I like the new nic.    I'm not particularly good at writing, but your profile has way too many spelling errors...   You must have spell check somewhere on your computer, or a friend who could simply rewrite your words, mail it to you, and you could cut and paste it.
As for the content, I'm guessing you're either independently wealthy or plan to do a lot of relating online, being in NY, and seeking women in Asia (rather than Asian women in NY).

the sad thing is i use spell check. and that asian thing was my dyslexia kicking in agent. I meant to say Asian girls living in America :S why o why am i an english major?????

When writing to potential Dommes, he's going to have to find his own Microsoft word processor and online dictionary...  Among my initial suggestions to him, were that he find local groups and join them, since in a face to face meeting/participation, no spelling or writing is required (usually).
But to basically make his words a little more intelligible on profile, anyone of us could help with the basics at least. [;)]   M
