I am curious about building a rack for mild stretching of the individual. Has anyone every experience a session on the rack? Can you describe the physical, emotional effect and the after effects if any? Was the experience one you would like to repeat, if so why?

I've used inverters which help to loosen the spine, decrease compression due to gravity.  But there are many different exercise and physical therapy items that do that.

I had a Scene on the rack at sancutary in dallas on time. we started out slow,  mildly stretching,   My feet were bound at the foot of the table and my hands above me.  by the end of the scene.  i was pulled VERY tight.  made it hard to breathe.  it didn't necessarly hurt but the erotic pain and endorphins  quickly over took me.. But it was a very fun scene and i felt taller afterwards  lol

Racks are yummy, I do like to see the stretched human form, the imagery is so erotic.

Be careful not to dislocate the subs joints. Ouch.

I'd love to get a sub on a rack. Oh the things I would do...

I've had lower back problems for years and always said I'd like to be put on a rack and stretched.  Interesting. I know that's not the point of this discussion but it was the first thing I thought of.

I once designed one where the mechanical advantage of the winch was not so great as to cause damage, the result being that if a 'torturer' wanted to go in such a direction that might cause damage, it would be bloody hard work for them to do so. This can be achieved by the use of a small winching wheel,(less purchase) and a large diameter winding shaft. Clues from cycle gear trains help in the design of winching gear. But of course, if clues are to be taken from cycle transmission gear trains, the sadist has much at their disposal, but I tend to err. on the side of safety in all things, nowhere should play be unknowingly dangerous, as can a poorly designed stretching rack be.

The rack is soooo fascinating as is seen in all the horror movies where it is used.  Just the thought of being helpless like that and of all that could be done to you.

Deliciously scary.  I always wanted to be one of the actresses in the movie scenes - even when I was like 12 yo.  It was frightening, but exciting as well.

Thats exactly how I feel... and yes, as a girl I always wanted to be that helpless victim too, even then it gave me chills!

My most favourite item of dungeon furniture, and like others here, I too have had a creative interest in these things since
my early youth, and that is from both sides, do'er, and do'ee. The trouble is visual imagery on the www, is not that common, not that I have found anyway.
