Well, let's see...

First, there was mention of a certain meatloaf of holly's around page 3, yup yup.

Then, poenkitten of Blackphx graciously planned out the dinner menu around page 5.

And of course there's the open bar.

And the jello and chocolate pudding wrestling, featuring boozy bug and myself.

But no mention of cake yet, LadyH.  i'm sure we can find someone to help with that, though.

Oooh, or would the bride and groom would prefer a cake made solely out of those nanaimo bars of yours? [:)]

As we type, I am eating a Mr Kiplings lemon slice.  Mom hit the British import store down in Palm Beach.  Life is good.

*grins*  Thanks, LadyH!  i knew i remembered watching something about i think it was Krispy Kreme making wedding cakes out of stacks of artfully arranged donuts.  So why not nanaimo bars? [:D] [;)]

They are actually quite good!  The whole Mr Kiplings line has gone downhill IMO, much as Hostess has here, but the lemon slices are nice and lemony, without that chemical aftertaste!  I have Holmfelds bakewells, in an array of flavours, and some jam tarts!  Hopefully Mom can score some French Fancies (OMG) and some Eccles Cakes.  That shop had some REALLY good ones!
