subs, do you leave hints of your subbiness? Dommes, do you watch for clues from potential subs? I ask because from time to time I do this and sometimes I get good responses other times not so much.... At work lately I have been hit on pretty hard by a co-worker (female if your wondering). At first I was pretty dense/brain dead/non-receptive to her hints. Guys, let me clarify this...... I am kind of a geek in some ways in that if I have a fancy toy (namely something technological because I work in IT) I will be completely enamored with it. I tend to work a problem until I have a solution and am not satisfied until I do, sometimes for days. I call this a "hacker mentality" and others call it the "crave" lol. Anyway, while I was working on a particular problem and apparently she was flirting with me the whole time and a friend of mine was watching and snickering because IM JUST NOT GETTING IT. Plus, I am not used to hearing pick up lines from women, lol. She mentioned something about me setting off alarms or something of that nature and I mentioned it was becasue I was under alot of heat(as in pressure from the job), which im sure she just shook her head and thought, "what a dumbass" lol. Anyway, I decided to have a little fun and just feel her out a bit....(once I realized what was going on and please no lectures about trying to turn vanillas to kink, I was just having fun :-) ) Well, when she requested some more work to be done, I mentioned rather passively about being her "slave", just playing around and she seemed rather flustered by this initially. That is kind of what made me stop and think....most vanilis would just shrug it off...but it FLUSTERED HER lol...... she studdered several times and tried to change the subject. Later, when she re-composed herself she answered my question with a rather sure "yes you are, and you'll do whatever I like". (sorry guys if this is new stuff I accidently hit post) Anyway, I was just curious becasue sometimes I cast my line out to see what I might catch and hopefully I might have one hooked :-)

I've been known to do that from time to time, but mostly I'm just playing and the guys at work know it. They are well aware that I'm ... odd snicker and that I don't date guys I work with, so they just accept that I'm a shameless flirt and ignore the bits they don't like [:D]

I taught an engineering course once at a University in England. I like to start with a joke, and I had the first session after lunch. I know that's when people are most likely to fall asleep, and I was wondering what I could do to liven things up. There was a wooden pointer, so I took it and smacked it against the table and then pointed it at various audience members. I said, "THIS is what will happen if I catch any of you falling asleep!" I was astounded when hands shot up from over 1/3 of the audience and they started calling out, "Me first!". LOL Obviously, in England they are much more open to this than in America. Using the term slave and having her react might or might not mean that she knows what it means in the BDSM world. You can have some fun with it and start calling her Miss when it isn't too obvious or embarrassing for her. If things work well you can always ask her teasingly if she's ever dreamed of being in complete control of someone. Just be careful not to step over the line into anything that could be taken as sexual harassment.

I almost always call the woman Miss. They seem to like that much better than maam. I always drop hints with women. When they tell me to have a nice day or something similar, I usually respond with "anything you say". Frequently suggest that maybe she needs a slave for the weekend, or to do some chore she mentions. Never worked so far, but I have had some strange looks.

I like watching a slave and seeing what he likes and doesn't. Some times subs don't like talking about what they like or they're worried about sounding selfish so I'm always checking for small clues and hints so I can get a feel for his fetishes and what he's good at too. Should I call it testing the slave? But don't some guys fear tests and studying? [;)] Looking to test some slaves...

Hello A/all, I had an encounter recently that may fit here. A woman of my acquantance asked me if I would like to "take her away" from her situation. When I responded in the affirmative, she quickly back pedaled stating that she was "pretty freaky." I assured her that I could handle it. Still back pedalling, she asked me what the freakiest thing I could possibly have done (I look pretty whitebread) might be. Okay... Put your self in my shoes here. Should I mention fire play? How about edge play? What if I showed her my cane marks? I decided that the best thing to do (this was a public setting) was to deflect the question just a teensy bit. "You mean on the first date?" I asked. I then related my experience of meeting a woman, going straight to her place, where I was tied up and used. When pressed for details, I was prepared to relate the front and back oral service and all the rest. However I was interupted by another woman who exclaimed, "Are you kidding? She rode him to death!" That is a great strategy. I have successfully done stuff like that many times. You start out "joking". Little by little, you both admit that you are not kidding at all. Keep us informed.
