As MrDiscipline said, there is a site calle the slave registry. It is the only of its kind that I have ever seen and it is as real as they get. You can register a slave on the site and a number and barcode are assigned to the slave's registration. The registration contains simple information like slave name, height/weight, collaring date, owner, etc. Does it mean anything? No, its not a legal classification or anything, its more akin to those vanity directories for professionals. You and your slave get to feel good that your slave is officially registered somewhere as a slave where others recognize the registration. If you want yourself or your slave to feel official, go for it and enjoy. If your looking for some formally recognized legal registration system to identify a slave as such, stop looking. 21st century slavery of the sort we practice is a consentual arrangement that uses the term slave in title only as an explaination for the dynamic shared. Real slavery has been abolished long ago and is only practiced illegally now. Those practicing the non-consensual type certainly don't want any formal registration process to track their activities. *Grins.
